Fall is quickly approaching and one of my favorite things to do with my family is head to the pumpkin patch. My children love finding the perfect pumpkin to take home to decorate. Since my kids are still young it important that I have simple and creative no-carve pumpkin ideas at the ready. My husband always carves a pumpkin for each of them, but I want them to be able to decorate a pumpkin without using any sharp tools.
My children love the idea of creating fun pumpkin designs without ever having to carve one. This year I decided to create a list of all of the best simple and creative no-carve pumpkin ideas in case you need some inspiration this Fall.

Simple and Creative No-Carve Pumpkin Ideas
Wreck it Ralph Breaks the Internet is one of my kid’s all-time favorite movies and I know they will love creating these themed pumpkins. Lucky for me there’s a girl and boy version so I don’t have to put any more thought into this – simply buy the supplies and we’re good to go!
Disney’s Descendants 3 just premiered on Friday and both of my kids are trying to find new ways of incorporating the movie into our everyday lives. When I showed them this pumpkin they both squealed in delight (my son included because he knows how much his sister LOVES the movie}. This is definitely on our must-try this for Halloween.

Unicorns are still all the rage with no signs of slowing down! My favorite part of the unicorn craze is how simply the crafts can be and these pumpkins sure do look simple to recreate! My favorite part is there is a boy version so I have one for my daughter to make and one for my son to try.
Star Wars is something my son recently started getting into and let me just say my husband is T-H-R-I-L-L-E-D. He’s waited 8 long years for this day. I made sure to include this no-carve pumpkin on my list to remind myself there’s a great father/son project for them to complete.
This gorgeous Sleeping Beauty inspired pumpkin is what my daughter and I created last year. This project was easily my favorite one from 2018. We used a craft pumpkin so we still have it displayed up on a shelf in her bedroom. It’s simply gorgeous and so much fun to create!

With the release of Toy Story 4, my kids are all about everything Buzz, Woody and Jessie all over again. This adorable Toy Story themed pumpkin is one I know both of my kids
would love to recreate.
One thing my family has been doing since my kids we teeny tiny is melted crayon crafts. Our melted crayon pumpkin project created a memory that will last us a lifetime.
You can’t go wrong with a classic and who’s more classic than Mickey Mouse? This adorable pumpkin is fun for kids of all ages.
Life is better under the sea take it from meeeeeee – Tell me you aren’t singing along?! The Little Mermaid is my favorite Disney movie of all time and I’m willing to end my embargo on glitter just to help my sweet girl recreate this Ariel inspired beauty!
