This year I decided I wanted to make a master list of all the side dishes I made over the last few years that I love and add in a couple that I can’t wait to make in the future. What’s Thanksgiving without a ton of delicious harvest vegetables. Believe it or not, in our family we are all {kids included} obsessed with brussel sprouts! Vegetables make for some of the best Thanksgiving side dishes – here’s a great sample of Thanksgiving vegetable side dishes I’ve tried and some I hope to try this year.

I don’t even try to replicate it because I know it will never be as good as the way she makes it. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday to host but Mama always has to bring the sweet potatoes or it’s not really Thanksgiving. Potatoes are one of the staple Thanksgiving side dishes.
